"What a wonderful hotel and a what a truly memorable stay we had!! From easy, friendly check-in and the cleanliness and comfort of our room, to the fabulous lounges, restaurants and bars, everything was perfect. I suppose we were a little disappointed that our 40th wedding anniversary was not acknowledged by the staff, despite them being aware of it, but I imagine so many guests are there to celebrate a special occasion, that they don’t feel the need to do anything special, but it would have been nice, even a couple of chocolates in our room, or a cut flower from one of the many plants around the beautiful gardens. That said, we could not fault the hotel or the experience we had, and we will most certainly look at visiting again one day. "
