"I had tiny bites from bed mites and couldn’t shower because of the cockroach problem in the bathroom. I saw a small one in the shower, one medium sized one in the toilet, and a little one in the bedroom by my bed. The drains were all rusted and the floor is cracked. Not my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. "

"The staff was nice and friendly. The room was ok other than the door having a big gap under it and the bath room not being very clean. The shower had no hot water. But other than that the stay was pleasant "

"Parking was tight, but that may be normal for a big city. The room seemed clean. We were on second floor and had a balconly. There was a lot of trash on the roof that was just below the balcony railing. The tub looked in rough shape, the finish was rubbed off on the floor. The toilet barely flushed. I had to hold the down for a long time.Water in the sink had to run for several minutes before it got hot. The microwave did not work. We put a cup of room temp water in for 5 minutes and it was the same temp when we pulled it out. After we checked in, we were only in the room for a short time before we left. We returned late that night and that is when we noticed the issues. I reported it to the staff and she dismissed everything. The next morning we went down for breakfast (at 7am) there were a few mini muffins, waffle mix and a waffel iron, and 2 dry cereal choices. There was a juice machine the cranberry juice was gone, the oj was very watered down & I didn't even try for the apple juice. Coffee was good. The experience was not good and I want my money back."

"Room was clean overall but we did see a couple roaches in kitchen. Outside of the building was on the older side in an older part of town. "

"I'm going to be fair, this motel is on what I would find out was a "bad side of town" in Phoenix. All this being said, and all things considered, the staff does what they can to keep it safe. The parking lot is gated so your car should be safe, and while the room has the kind of wear you'd expect in a motel in such a part of town, I've stayed in worse. Staff was friendly, and they had on site security. I give them a solid B minus. The air conditioner could probably use to be deep cleaned. "

"Came to town for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the weekend! This was a perfect place. The host Andrew was so awesome! It was so easy messaging him through the Vrbo app. Played sports (basketball)! They even had a light on the court so we could play at night! Pool was clean, as was the house, appliances, and bathrooms! 5 star stay for sure! "
