I found the hotel to be dated and the breakfasts awful zero hot choices if you’re a vegetarian The WiFi was intermittent the entire stay and off for 12 hours at one point I waited 45 mins for room service I had ordered a soup... I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to be honest but it wasn’t that pricey

Room was large and comfortable, had all necessary amenities, but parking was limited and with only paid parking on the street, it was stressful to have to move my car or be concerned there would be nowhere to park.

A tru 5 star hotel in Kaunas
I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and 6 nights. I got to know the staff and area quite well. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, who are on call 24 hours a day. They help with every issue, question, and solve all your problems. They helped me plan out my free time. They planned out bus route, offer suggestions on places to go, and food to try. For example, I need a special adapter for my laptop and they found one for me immediately. When I needed to iron a suit coat, they loaned be a full-size ironing board and steaming iron. The free breakfast is at the attached restaurant. The breakfast is wonderful. They have eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, cheeses, meats, fruits, pastries, OJ, several types of coffee and teas. The breakfast was so filling I skipped lunch most days. The hotel is 1 block from the tree lined pedestrian avenue, which is filled with playgrounds, coffee shops, stores, restaurants, and more. Kaunas is my favorite city in Lithuania. It is much better than Vilnius. It is a cleaner, safer, and most interesting place to visit. It has a zoo, botanical garden, parks, historical building, a small castle, casinos, shopping malls, historical areas, many museums, and friendly people. The hotel is near most of these areas or you can take a bus (1 Euro) or a taxi (5 Euro) for most trips. Most places are worthwhile to visit. The hotel is in good shape and the website photos are a true representation of the hotel. Best wishes on a great trip.

I love Kaunas and the Best Baltic. Decent hotel, rooms are clean and have all mod cons, TV, Aircon, Tea/Coffee facilities, mini bar, and so on. The best part is the location, it's just of the main street and about 5 minutes walk from the Akropolis shopping centre. Just note that Lithuania has a "City Tax" on hotels, at the time of rental it was 50 cent per night per person.

Kun saavuimme, huoneessa oli edellisten likaiset pyyhkeet, soitin respaan ja siivoojat tulivat hyvin nyrpeinä tuomaan uudet. Respan väki tympeää, eivät tervehdi. Huoneen päivittäissiivous vasta klo 17 aikoihin. Aamupala oli huono, esim juustot olivat kuivia ja täysin ilman kylmää. Aamupalalla oli yksi henkilö töissä ja jos joku asia loppui, niin sitä ei tuotu lisää. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, lyhyt matka ostoskeskukseen ja aivan kävelykadun vieressä

Good value for money !
This is a good 4 star hotel close to the walking avenue that leads you directly (within 20 minutes) to the city of old town. The cathedral is just around the corner. There was also a big shopping complex (Akropolis) near by (5 minutes walking distance). Free Parking ! Good Breakfast Buffett. Free WLAN. We booked a room with a separate living room. All in all a good value for the money !

Ich hatte 2 Superio Zimmer gebucht, untergebracht wurden wir jeweils im Standard Doppelzimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption belogen, dass mein Zimmer ein Superio Zimmer sei. Nachdem ich die Bilder aus dem Internet gezeigt habe, erhielt ich die Antwort mein wesentlich kleineres und mit weniger Möbeln ausgestattetes Zimmer wäre nach Einteilung des Hotels ebenfalls ein Superio Zimmer. Nachdem ich den Manager sehen wollte, teilte man mir ein Zimmer gemäß Internetpräsenz zu. Meine Mitarbeiterin wollte nicht mehrt umziehen und verblieb in ihrem Zimmer. Das Frühstück gab es ab 7 Uhr. Zumindest wurden die Zutaten erst ab 6:55 herausgeräumt, Butter (Magarine gab es nicht) kam auf meine Nachfrage täglich gegen 7:20-7:35. Andererseits war das Auftragen des Frühstück, das sich täglich über ca. 40 Minuten hinwegzog auch spannend, galt es doch die Frage zu beantworten, wird es HEUTE Abwechslung geben und aus welchen Bestandteilen wird man bis zum Verlassen des Frühstückraumes Auswählen können.

Sentral beliggenhet og hyggelig betjening.
Sentralt hotell med hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. Vi fikk et rom uten luft hvor vindu ikke kunne åpnes, men fikk raskt byttet rom. Rent og fint rom med gode senger. Frokost ok, men de var noen dager veldig sen med etterfylling. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum med gåavstand til "alt". Her kommer vi gjerne igjen.

ホテルの環境や部屋の広さ、質問や依頼への対応などスタッフの方々の対応は申し分ありません。しかし、入室以前の部屋の設備や備品の状況チェックが不十分、エアコンやリモコンの調子、電灯切れ、椅子の不具合などがあり忍耐を要しました。5泊目から部屋移動を経験し、連泊のデメリットを感じています。

Hyvä hotelli ja aamupala
Aamupala oli joka aamu hieman erilainen joten siihen ei ehtinyt vielä 4 yössä kyllästymään. Auton sai turvallisesti parkkiin hotellin takapihalle ja hotellin ravintolasta sai hyvää ruokaa. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut mitään ylimääräisiä ääniä ja ilmastointi pelasi moitteetta. Eli erittäin hyvä kokemus!
