"Parking at rear, off ? Street. This would be helpful to future stayers, I found it after a few minutes as I was directed to Main Street, but you would be lucky to get in street parking. No bottle opener. Plenty of tea and coffee which was good. Walls are thin! Woken at 5:30am and again at 7am by couple talking in next room. Although there were many other rooms unoccupied, it blows my mind why you would put people right next door to each other."

"A convenient place to stay in York within easy walking distance to the main part of town including dinner options. Microwave, crockery and cutlery was a bonus but missing a tea towel and to dry dishes after washing up. Check in was efficient over the phone. "

"Amazing accommodation for a family get away. Large living spaces with a wonderful kitchen and dining table to comfortably entertain the whole family. Play equipment outdoors and a fire pit with seating to sit back and enjoy the stunning star filled skies. A peaceful, cosy country retreat. Definitely look forward to staying again some time soon. "
