"Great hotel, very helpful staff. Comfy beds and an equipped lovely spacious room. Fabulous food and breakfasts in the restaurant. And a full on view of the northern lights cathedral from our window. High floor is a must with the view we had. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Amenities at the resort were wonderful. I really appreciated the staff helping with scheduling all of our activities for us before we arrived. Food in both restaurants excellent. Rooms are very large and comfortable with a lovely view. We also enjoyed the spa. Front desk was very helpful. A special recognition for the staff member from Greece (I'm sorry that I do not remember his name), but he was especially helpful and welcoming. One suggestion: we asked about transportation to Trasti and Trine. A person at the desk offered to give us a ride in the van and pick us up. I tipped them for their effort - but was very surprised when presented with a hefty bill the next day. I should have been told the 10 minute ride would cost > $130 each way. Otherwise, everything was wonderful"
