we will be happy to welcome you in our house "Melina Merkouri 17", a family-owned villa converted for vacation rental. The 100 square meter "Penthouse Olivanda" with its approx. 200 square meter breathtaking terrace invites you to a relaxing vacation. The hillside location of the house allows you to get to the penthouse apartment in just a few steps. Through the spacious entrance area you enter directly into the modern living and dining room, connected to the fully equipped kitchen. These rooms and the master bedroom have direct access to the sun-drenched terrace, which will impress you with the wide view of the Bay of Palio and the neighboring towns. The two modern bedrooms offer space for 4 guests and one baby bed each. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for one more person (additional charges 40,00 €/night). The penthouse has two air conditioning units and offers free WiFi. TV, DVD, stereo and a dishwasher complete the very good, sophisticated equipment of the penthouse. There is a washing machine in the 1-st floor of the house. You can use it anytime. For our little guests we are happy to provide cots and playpen, high chairs, children's dishes and toys.

If you love to look at the glittering sea after getting up or to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening, you have arrived here in paradise. The built-in fireplace / grill on the terrace is ideal for your Mediterranean barbecues. All around a vacation home that convinces with its location, facilities and spaciousness!

Through the Mediterranean garden with its old tall palm trees, orange, lemon and olive trees you can reach the child-friendly sandy beach in just 2 minutes. The gently sloping sea allows young swimmers to play with the waves, while the adults enjoy sunbathing and the sea breeze.

If you want to spend the best time of the year with your dearest friends or relatives, we also offer apartments on the lower floor of the house with top equipment, large veranda with sea view (Apartment Olivanda).

The house is surrounded by a 2,500 square meter Mediterranean garden. Depending on the season, you can pick oranges for your breakfast juice, the tangerines for your muesli or the limes for your cocktail directly from the trees. You can safely park your car on the property in front of the house, unload suitcases and purchases directly.
