Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Epic Fail

They never messaged us back about how to check in or get access, GPS took us to a destination two kilometers away from the actual place, and when we got them on the phone we were told they didn't even have a room available for us...even though we had a prepaid confirmed reservation and itinerary. How's that for an experience...?
