"We booked and paid for this property only to be told by Catherine the local property mgr (not Holidu) a day before we departed the U.S. (and only after WE'D called her for another reason) that she was moving us to a different property, as this house had construction going on. We were given no choice in the matter and it was so last minute that we agreed to go to the new site. When we arrived we were upset to find a dirty, smelly, small studio space. "very clean hotel and very welcoming staff. The location is great and the pool was really refreshing. the view over the airport was fun and great to see the sunsets. a relaxed vibe all round and just a good spot. The staff were very helpful. The aircon was a delight as well! Breakfast was a little lacking in the selection - for a vegan there is a limited choice, but the onsite Skybar has a great selection of food and drinks for all times. Plus the view is amazing."

"We had a good one night stay before flying home. We were able to check in before 3pm which was helpful on a hot day. The pool area is modern and spacious with plenty of seating options, albeit with a fairly expensive pool bar for food/ drinks there are 2 or 3 shops in easy walking distance. Hotel is right by the 2a bus which goes to the old town and the plane watching spot down the road. There is a bus stop right outside so do stay on the bus and dont take the advice or google maps and walk up the tricky path a few stops earlier! The room was okay, a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and had a large balcony. There is a fridge but it is very old and was not working well. Shower was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was fine as we have seen throughout the area but did the job. Price a little high for the room overall but able to stay in the hotel or pool area until our flight and store luggage in the hotel which was very helpful! Would stay again if a bit cheaper. Also good views of the airport runway if plane spotting is for you!"

"We stayed at the Marbella Collection for 6 days with our two young daughters and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt effortless and when you’re travelling with little ones, that means everything. The location is stunning, the beach and pools were the highlight of each day for the girls and felt safe and manageable for families. The food was a real highlight too; great quality and variety throughout, the dining experience genuinely added to the holiday. What really set this apart was how family-friendly it felt without being exclusively a “kids’ hotel.” Our daughters were catered for brilliantly while my husband and I still felt like we were having a proper holiday. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of four, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout. A special mention to two team members who truly stood out. Lydia at reception was warm, kind and genuinely welcoming from the very first interaction and went above and beyond to help make my husband’s birthday special — doing so with such grace it felt truly personal. Aurora was equally brilliant; so patient and kind in answering all my questions about the resort. These two are a real credit to the Marbella Collection. An easy five stars. Highly recommended"

"The best part about staying at Seafront Apartments (besides being in front of the sea, of course!) is the people and the welcoming, caring, considerate atmosphere everyone creates. It is truly like being a part of the family. Spiros, Kostas and their wives could not be more helpful and charming. You really are right on the sea and anything you need, any question you have, is handled immediately and kindly. There are supermarkets and restaurants aplenty within 5 minutes' walk. I do not have enough loving words to say about everyone at Seafront Apartments. I absolutely loved it there. If you want a giant, modern room, this might not be the right choice for you. BUT, if you want quiet, safe location with caring, delightful, positive people and an amazing view located at the edge of the sea, then I highly recommend Seafront Apartments."

"Great facilities. Ideal for families. Lovely little resort outside the hotel. Had comfort room with sea view. Very basic, no hair dryer, only 2 plugs so not ideal for 3 people with phones etc. Bathroom needs renovation and room was very noisy. Gorgeous views. Has crepes and ice cream parlour. Pizza pasta and salad bar. Sandwich hotdogs tacos bar. Loads of food choices. Would stay here again but in a better room. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning."
