Our only one-bedroom unit at Balsam Lake, cottage 9 is perfect for a couple and offers great lake views from the enclosed porch with lounge chairs.
The cottage is located at Balsam Lake Villa. Balsam Lake offers beautiful sunset, great fishing and clean sandy beach for children. Grocery stores, churches, banks, bowling, movie theaters, ice cream parlors, golfing and tennis courts are all just ten minutes drive away.

This cottage is not equipped with a heating system.
