"We always love staying at this property in orillia. We specifically make the stop just to stay here. Excellent staff, clean rooms, crispy cold air conditioning, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available so you don't even need to pack any of that. The location is top tier. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is great. The man at the front desk, Nathaniel was excellent. He has greeted us prior to this visit as well and wow...he is always on his A-game. So educated on the surroundings, incredibly polite and kind, makes you feel right at home. I would come back over and over just because of his hospitality."
