"We didnt realize this was a pet friendly hotel...when we got to the second floor it immediately smelled like dog pee. I was concerned. When we got in our room, it smelled heavily of Fabuloso or other cleaning products, which made us feel like there had been a pet accident in our room. I am sensitive to heavy synthetic fragrances, I had to get out of the room. We had to have the window open for a few hours even though it was warm outside. It eventually got better. The last day when we sat by the pool, its a small area & smelled so bad of dog poop. Not a lot of places you can leave to... Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, but the pet stuff wasnt fun."

"My bathroom light didn’t work and I asked front desk if I could change rooms to at least do my makeup I had an event to go to. She said maintenance wasn’t around or her manager . And there was nothing she could do. I couldn’t understand why i couldn’t change rooms. And she never called me back to let me know if maintenance was there. I had to do my makeup with my phone light on. I won’t be going back! "
