The signage might need to be updated and the map location on google and apple maps should be updated, as our mapping took us outside of town 10 miles before we realized we were across the street fueling up... couldn't read the sign due to trees overgrown... However, this is the BEST LOCATION in Kayenta!

This old-fashioned motel boasts excellent staff and a convenient location. It’s a no-frills motel, but it provides a comfortable bed and a nice shower, making it a great place to rest and refuel on your road trip.

The staff and room met every expectation! While the property seemed older, the room was up to date, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bath worked well with plenty of water pressure. The staff did a great job at breakfast, and they kept the hotel clean and attractive. Older property. Lobby and grill has 70’s vibe and clean. Front property very old and dingy. I stayed in newer property in back and it was clean but had old smell. Nice view. Had to sign 2 contracts warning of theft and vandalism liability on my car. Had no trouble. Still it was heads up! Overall 6/10 on my scale. Food great! Staff very nice and helpful. Property not great but clean.

No microwave or mini frig & shady looking people lurking around. Electrical outlets wore out years ago. If you plug something in, it falls out. Only one that partially stayed in was the one in the bathroom. The hair dryer had about a 24” pigtail, so it barely cleared the end of the counter. The staff was helpful and it’s not their fault for the condition of the property.
