Wrong management
"The cleanliness is disgusting. Water is leaking from the ceiling. The toilet is leaking. The reception desk doesn't sit still, you have to search for it for an hour. the towel is not changed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel"

"Très éloigné du parc Akagera, il faut 1h de route, pas de grand confort pour les chambres, le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, on a le sentiment de les ennuyer, le sourire doit être en option, et le soir au moment du dinner ils sont pressés de vous voir partir dans votre chambre, on m'a demandé ..."
