"A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were...
