Rooms are satisfactory and some face the town and mount Kazbegi, offering amazing views. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems. Breakfast was reasonable, but eggs were very dry and on one morning most of the food was cold. However, staff were quick to respond and offered to make fresh food or heat it up, if requested. Overall the hotel was fine for a stay of one to three nights, but for longer stays i think there are better options.

Hotel Memoir was a clean modern hotel situated a few minutes walk from the centre of Kazbegi. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Kazbegi.

Good location, good ambience. Our 2 nights stay was good except a barking dog in the back of hotel who sometimes disturbed our sleep in the night.

Good cost-benefit for those who want a comfortable and modern place to stay. Staff is really nice. The lady who was there when I arrived was really sweet and helpful. The room was comfy, though some details could be fixed like some stains on the curtain and one of the towels towel as well as some small cleaning details. None of these bothered me so still very good stay. Breakfast is very good, people staying on other places go there for breakfast as well. Portion of the food for lunch and dinner can be quite small. Just a quick recommendation for the hotel. They should turn off or dim the light on the roof (5th floor) so people can see the starts. This is a really cool spot but the light messes it up at night.

Overall a nice experience. Staff is friendly. Rooms towards the cloister have a wonderful view. The amenities in the bathroom are no longer top, shaky but apart from this all well kept.
