- This 130 s.m. artist’s villa with a private pool is located in a 4.000 s.m. plot of land, overlooking the big blue of the Aegean. This “slice of paradise” combines low-key luxury with the “earthy” architecture of Kea and mesmerizing Boho vibes. It is fully equipped, spacious and ideal for families, groups of friends or an unforgettable romantic getaway. It can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.
