Sunset villa with swimming pool

My villa is a stone built house located in the seafront , 20 m above the sea level, offering spectacular views of Koundouros gulf and spectacular sunsets towards cape Sounio. It is tastefully decorated and offers guests all they could wish for an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. The closest beach is 50m from the front door while there are more options in walking distance.
The house is located on the ground floor of a two story villa with private entrance and outside sitting areas.
It has a big living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a pull out single bed, and one bathroom with a shower.There is one more bedroom and bathroom on the same floor available for rent with additional cost.
Amenities: Air-conditioning, internet, swimming pool (shared), TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, Hobs, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, mosquito blinds on most windows,parking, pool shower, private terrace with dining table seating area, outdoor sun umbrella and many sitting areas around the swimming pool.

The neighborhood
Kea or Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is not a tourist island and has therefore kept its original charm. The ferry departs from the port of Lavrio and it is only one hour to get to the port of Kea, Korissia. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day.
The villa is located to Koundouros area, in the south west part of the island. The area is very well protected from the summer strong north winds meltemia’

Cozy house and very nice stay

The house is very well designed, beautifully furnished and fully equipped at top quality. The exterior, that you live the most in good weather, is spacious and confortable. The style of the house is warm and traditional, everything is extremely well realised and maintained. The pool is cleaned every day, has a very good water treatment system that makes the water smooth and we had much fun with the springboard. Kiki is a great host, available any moment through text and in person. You need a car, of course, but the island is plenty of good spots at convenient distance. A couple of very good ones for beach and tavernas are few minutes away, but you can easily desire not to leave the property for all day. We could visit also Kiki’s nextdoor property, which is a stunning villa well suited for larger groups or families, in modern style, with a 5star resort-quality exterior, huge pool and great architecture.
