Cozy and Modern Style Studio with King Size Bed Free Laundry in HPP

Built in 2022!
This cozy 1-bedroom studio, with its own private entry next to the main house separated by garage, is located on a one-acre land harboring the most unique feature of Hawaii Paradise Park in Keaau and offers a real retreat from the busy world. Within a 5 minutes' drive you can sit on the stunning swirling lava-made cliff to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been furnished with brand-new amenities: King-size bed with 14" Comfort Memory Foam Mattress, 3-seat Harstine Leather Sofa, apartment size Refrigerator, 50" smart TV, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, Kettle, double Burner Electric Cooktop, Extra standing fan, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, Google Home Mini, wireless phone charger, and many more items.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but is a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with triple filters and UV filtration system, it is safe to drink.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have.

The space was as advertised, clean, modern and comfortable. No AC but with windows open and fans sleeping was no problem. A bit of a drive from downtown Hilo but a convenient overnight for heading to the volcano.

HAWAIIAN PARADISE

Hollys place was gated and very secure. Easy checkin. Very comfortable king bed and she had everything we needed to grill out on her patio. Lovely place and grrat host. We highly recommend.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood!

We had a lovely stay in Hilo at this location. The host was communicative and friendly, the place was very clean and suited what we were looking for. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hilo and surrounding areas for a few days. This is in a residential neighborhood. Volcano natonal park is 30 min away, so are some decent restaurants.

Great location!

Location is at the beginning of HPP. The rental studio is very clean. Perfect size for 2 people. The small kitchenette was perfect. We were able to keep our bottle beverages cold, ready to grab n go. No issues and Holly made our check-in/out so easy. We had accidentally locked the keys in the unit which she remedied for us immediately. Definitely will stay here again! .

We loved our stay and Holly was wonderful to work with. It was conveniently located for the areas we wanted to visit. We slept well and felt at home staying here. It’s located in a very suburban area so traffic was a little hectic during morning and evening commutes- depending on the direction you are traveling.

Awesome launch point for Volcanoes NP

This space was spectacular! We had the most amazing stay! Holly was an amazing host and we had everything we needed and more! The location was superb with easy access to volcanoes National park, Hilo Town, and more. The property was brand new, clean, and more than we could have hoped for! The listing is just as described and offers a perfect stay on this side of the island.

Very Nice Verbo

This Verbo was very private, secure and perfect for us. The location was a short drive to the National Park. Check in was super easy and the host was very accommodating with excellent communications. The only thing missing is AC.
