Moana Sunrise Villa is a gorgeous estate with every modern luxury you could want on your tropical Hawaiian vacation!

Beautiful furnishings, designed by NestEgg Designs, make the experience on the other side of your keypad protected private entrance as memorable as the coastal treasures provided by nature.

The chef-inspired kitchen with new stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes needed to cook delicious seaside meals indoors or use the BBQ to cook outside. Serve your culinary delights with a side of paradise in one of the multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas!

For a complete dining experience, pull up a chair on the lanai dining table or gather around the outdoor seating area. Allow the Hawaiian sea breeze to accompany your views of the beautiful pool and gardens of your paradise retreat.

Upstairs are three comfortable and stylish bedrooms from which to choose. The first (Primary) bedroom features peek-a-boo ocean views, a queen bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans, nightstands with phone charging and ample clothing storage, individually controlled air conditioning (A/C) and a sliding screen door that leads out to the lanai with ocean views, attached (en suite) full bathroom with spa-like shower, double vanity and a heated bidet. On the other side of the house is bedroom two and three which each have a queen bed, sitting area, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans, individually controlled air conditioning, nightstands with phone charging and ample clothing storage. Bedroom two and three share the upstairs guest bathroom with shower and tub and a heated bidet. Bedroom four is it's own private suite located in the downstairs studio which features a queen bed, living area with queen sized foldout couch bed, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans, nightstands with phone charging and ample clothing storage, kitchen #2 with refrigerator and coffee maker, air conditioner (A/C), walk-in closet and spa-like full bathroom with shower and tub and a heated bidet.

Freshening up is a joy in the well-appointed bathrooms featuring soft towels, hairdryer, toiletries and other travel amenities.

Perfect family get away on the Big Island and near the National Park

Our large family stayed here with plenty of room for all! We enjoyed the pool and the close walk to the ocean for the sunrise! Super clean and beautiful setting for your family vacation!

Wonderful stay in Hilo

8 of us stayed at this wonderful property (5 adults and 3 kids under 10). It was just perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well. Hilo is awesome and so is this house!

Awesome place in Keaau

Superbe house with many rooms and AC in each rooms. Great pool too. Perfect for our short stay. Busy during the day and relaxing and comfortable at night.

There property clearly is well built with plenty attention the fine details. The yard has a pool and jacuzzi, perfect to keep the kids engaged in outdoor activities. Chase was very easy to work with messages promptly answered. Would recommend property to any traveler or resident alike.

Not what we thought it would be

The place was spectacular, don’t get me wrong we loved the place and all, but we couldn’t have our family to come by and enjoy the time with us and sit around the pool. This is the part where we did not like at all, we were local Hawaiian family from Waimanalo Oahu and wanted to enjoy our niece that graduated from Hilo. Maybe next time we have to read everything before we decide to do this again.

VERY clean and spacious!

This property was very clean and quite spacious. I wish I had known about the stairs since I am handicapped, and stairs are quite difficult. The photos seem embellished, so it was a bit of a surprise to see the actuality. The host, Chase is wonderful. He was so accommodating and kind!

Extremely responsive hosts

From the first day we booked to the day that we left, we received almost immediate responses to every question we asked. As usual, there were a couple of arrival difficulties, but the host quickly took care of those. The house is beautiful. We were able to walk to the point and watch the waves and even some whales. They also made great suggestions about restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

Great facility!!!

We had a great stay. The condition on the property is First Class. A little out of the way, but that's what we wanted. Don't miss the walk down to the ocean!
