"The host was accommodating, we arrived late due to flight delays, car hire issues, directions etc.., Ali kept in contact and helped with directions and waited for us, he also extended our check out time, which was much appreciated as we had small children with us. The pool was lovely and very well maintained. The beds and linens were clean and tidy. Some of the kitchen appliances could do with some maintenance. A car is needed at the location. "

"The Villa was extremely clean throughout and was in an excellent location to the local town where there is shops, bars and places to book excursions. We had a wonderful family holiday and Suleyman couldn’t do enough for us in terms of making our journey and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. "What a great home! Well set up for a lovely week. Easy check in process with good communication. Property is walkable to shops / restaurants but it is uphill! Pool was a great size - large and plenty of room for games. Poolside seating was plentiful with some toys / inflatables. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed but didn’t do much cooking! "We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "
