"This was my second stay with the hotel and once again I had an absolutely wonderful time. I loved my room which had a view of the mountainous background, the staff was so friendly and helpful, a gentleman was even able to get me into my room an hour earlier than my expected check in time. They even have a small nook in the main lobby for snacks, drinks and other necessities available for purchase anytime during your stay. Anytime I stay at Bedford, this will definitely remain my go to hotel pick."

"I enjoyed the amenities, but the morning of check out we came up on very disturbing notice of bed bugs in our room. (342). Very disturbing. Notified the staff and Robert handled our belongings by putting them in high heat dryers. Not feeling very comfortable."
