The villa accommodates up to four guests across two tastefully appointed double bedrooms, each designed to maximise comfort with premium linens, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space. The contemporary open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a smart TV, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine, microwave, and all essential appliances for an effortless self-catering stay. Large windows fill the interiors with sunlight, connecting the indoors seamlessly with the veranda and offering sweeping sea views.



Outdoors, guests can relax on the spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers and a shaded dining area—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or evening barbecues. For added peace of mind, safety features such as a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided in the villa. Please note that a €100 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival. Additional services such as boat hire, water sports, and local excursions can be arranged upon request, and housekeeping can be provided at extra cost.
