Located in Fiskardo, Kefalonia, this beautiful house is just 20 meters away from the turquoise sea. Take a short stroll down to the small pebble beach or enjoy a moment of rest on one of the plateaus leading to your accommodation.

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Α beautiful, comfortable house is in one of the most famous places in Greece.
This beautiful and comfortable house is situated in one of the most picturesque and famous for it's lifestyle places of Greece : Fiskardo of Kefalonnia. The island where the Hollywood film "Corelli's mandolin" was taken can be the dream land for your vacation. Only 20 meters away from the seaside with the turquoise sea.
Stairs are inserted to access the house. From the level of the road 2 steps, a wider step (small plateau) and then 12 steps. You reach a plateau for rest and continue with two more wide steps (small plateau). Finally there is the last part of stairs with 13 steps.
There is no parking but but guests usually find a car park place a few meters after the house.
There are also several steps leading from the house to the small beach.
And near by a wonderful small pebble beach, very comfortable for children.
Note that the large tree shown in some of the photos of the balcony on google maps was unfortunately hit by thunder and due to its age it was completely destroyed. So it had to be removed for security reasons.
Now instead of the tree now you have put umbrellas.
This makes the light entering the house even brighter and the view even more impressive!
Also note that from the street level to the height of the balcony is now inserted a newly built house.
