Detached Villa with Pool - 1 Bedroom Family apartment: (sleeps 4)

Butterfly Meadow ground floor 1 bedroom family apartment (8 x 4m plus 4 x 4m bedroom).
The apartment has dining terrace (3 x 4m) leading out to the pool and benefits from fabulous panoramic sea views.
The apartment has a fitted kitchen, dining table, main bedroom with double bed plus 2 single beds in the spacious lounge.
Doors open onto your dining terrace with views over the pools, then the panoramic rolling hills down to Skala and out to sea.
This family apartment can be booked on its own (for up to 4 people), or together one or both studio apartments (see our linked apartment details) to sleep a up to 10 people.

Luxury villa and apartments close to Skala on the island of Kefalonia (the Greek name is Cephalonia).

Butterfly Meadow is a villa split into three spacious apartments, beautifully presented to meet expectations of high standard of comfort. The villa is also used by us (the owner) so we keep it maintained to a very high standard making it a perfect home-from-home with all the benefits of your own swimming pool.

Depending on your selected accommodation Butterfly Meadow can accommodate from 2 to 10 guests.

The villa takes it's name from the abundance of Butterfly's that visit the area in the summer months.

Butterfly Meadows is located on the southern end of the Greek Ionian island of Kefalonia close to Skala. The centre of Skala is 1.5 miles (2km), and Katelios is 1.5 miles (2km), the airport is 40 min drive away.

The villa is elevated on a hillside overlooking Skala, being higher than the buildings of Skala it's not overlooked and benefits from beautiful views out to sea, if you have local knowledge our village is named Ratzakli.

Apartments are walking distance from sandy beaches, plus Skala Beach which is one of the most spectacular on Kefalonia.

Skala has many restaurants and tavernas as well as small supermarkets, gift shops, travel agents, bars, and car rental facilities. Many of these are located along Skala's main street, but do explore the side streets, as there are car hire, shops and tavernas hidden away along many of these, which are often more competitively priced.

Home from home.

Wow. What a hidden gem! From the minute we arrived Ken and Bernie made us so welcome and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This is by far the best equipped and most spotlessly clean holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. If you stay here you will need your own transport, but Skala is only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. The apartment was an excellent base to come back to after exploring the island, as was the lovely pool. Make sure you check out the local beaches. Ken and Bernie will point you in the right direction. Would i stay here again....most definitely!
