Welcome to Rosairbe, your beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in the charming village of Minies on the stunning island of Kefalonia.

Surrounded by the lush green landscape, bathed in Mediterranean sun, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Step outside to the lovely outdoor area and you'll find plenty of space to soak up the sun on comfortable loungers or indulge in a delicious meal cooked on your BBQ. Use the on site equipment and enjoy a workout in absolute harmony with nature. The beautiful surroundings of Minies village provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Rosairbe is strategically located; beautiful Minies beach is only a 15 minute walk, and both Spasmata beach and Megali Ammos beach are less than a 20 minute walk away.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the main town of Argostoli, and in even less time to Lassi where many restaurants and beaches are. Rosairbe Villa is also 10 minutes from famous Ai Helis beach and 20 minutes from the beach of Lourdas where all traditional tavernas are. The must see sights of the island, Melissani Cave and Myrtos beach are only a 45 minutes away by car.

Inside, the villa boasts three spacious bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind, as well as two modern bathrooms. The living area is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the island, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy quality time together.

Best ever Host

We have just left the Villa, and we had the best time. So comfortable, homely, perfect Villa. But even more importantly, the BEST hosts EVER. Eleni went beyond what we would have expected. We had a few issues (nothing to do with the Villa), and she was on top of it and helped us out. We could not be more thankfully. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again, and highly recommend it. Also a great location to get to anywhere in the island.
