Situated in an elevated position, this brand new stylish villa boasts spectacular sea views, perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset over Skala’s coastline.
The swimming pool has been cleverly designed to admire the eye catching views whilst the covered terrace and balconies are perfect to relax and unwind.
Inside, the modern and contemporary style has been inspired by the owner utilising a palette of gentle greys for a calm, relaxing stay. There is an open plan main living and kitchen area downstairs along with an en-suite twin bedroom. Upstairs you will come across an impressive master bedroom with magnificent views from the private balcony and separate lounge area.

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that there has been an update of the tourist tax "Climate Crisis Durability Tax" in Greece. From 01-01-2024, this tax will be collected by the owner at the accommodation and the cost of the tax will be 10 € per night.
