- Villa Sole is beautifully situated on the boarder of Skala beach and town one of the most popular resorts of the island. This property overlooks the sandy coastline of Mounda turtle beach which is less than a kilometre away. Within close range you will also find several restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets and more.
A modern property built in 2018 features an open-plan living accommodation with patio doors leading out to the balconies, terrace and the fabulous pool area that front the spectacular views.
This stylish home offers four spacious bedrooms from which two of them are en suite and located on the 1st floor of the property. A spacious living room area with an open and fully equipped kitchen is found on the ground floor, the outdoor pool patio area boasts spectacular views along the coastline and across to the island of Zante.
