“Vintage House” is located within the picturesque village of Agia Efimia on a quiet spot right next to the sea, thus offering unique sea view and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the serenity of a peaceful environment. Based 300 m. away from the center of Agia Efimia, the house offers both privacy and you can easily walk to all amenities from supermarkets, bars, cafes and tavernas to atm machine, pharmacy, tourist information and car/motorbike/motorboat rental places. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling choosing among the numerous beautiful pebble coves with clear crystal water within 300m. or literally open the door and just jump to the sea from the well shaped rocks right in front of the house. There is a professional diving school based in the village, and also small motorboats available for hire in order for you to reach the idyllic, isolated coves surrounding Agia Efimia, accessible only by boat. Nature lovers and hikers will find beautiful walking trails throughout the surrounding small villages and mountains in the valley of Pylaros. Other outdoor activities such as horseback riding, water skiing are provided in the area. Within approx. a 10 minute drive you reach the amazing Myrtos beach famed for the beauty of its blue water (voted one of the top ten beaches in the world). Agia Efimia and "Vintage House" are an ideal base for exploring Kefalonia. The village itself is in a great central location giving easy access to all areas, especially the northern part of the island (Sami, Assos, Fiscardo, Myrtos beach).

Das Haus hat voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Location ist super, das Haus ist großzügig und so ausgestattet, dass wir als 4-köpfige Familie einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht haben. Sophia, die das Haus betreut, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
