"Room had a weird smell in it. Coffee machine didn’t work, everything was out. “Clean towels”had someone’s hair on them. Toilet was making sounds all night. Water kept getting hot/cold. It was very hot in the room even after adjusting the heat."

"Nice hotel with transport to the airport and a beautiful hot tub area. Room was quite small especially by North American standards but was clean and comfortable. Review would have been a 5 but there’s absolutely nowhere to put a suitcase in the room so unpacking is basically out of the question. ..."
