  • Hello, hello, and a warm welcome... A beautiful semi-detached home in a prime residential area near the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a high quality of living, with comfortable and stylish furnishings. This half of the house provides the ideal holiday setting for all seasons. The living space (approximately 130 m²) is laid out as follows: Ground floor: entryway, utility room with washing machine and dryer, storage room, shower room, living room with open kitchen and direct access to the garden and the east-facing terrace. On the upper floor is the beautiful full bathroom. Bedroom (1) with a double bed (90x200 cm mattresses) + TV, bedroom (2) with a double bed (90x200 cm mattresses), bedroom (3) with a double bed (80x200 cm mattresses) + TV, bedroom (4) in the attic with two single beds (90x200 cm mattresses). Roller shutters, Wi-Fi, and 2 parking spaces round out the home’s amenities. And… the bedroom upstairs offers a partial ocean view! Both half-houses share a common fence. Two friendly dogs are welcome.
