Familienfreundlich

Ich möchte mit dem positiven beginnen. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber, hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der große Garten, mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und dem kleinen Klettergerüst, sind wirklich super und bestens geeignet für Familien.

Ferienwohnung nicht auf dem Niveau, das bei dieser Preisklasse erforderlich ist

Das Wetter war schlecht, dafür kann niemand verantwortlich gemacht werden. Umso größer ist die Bedeutung, die der Ferienwohnung zukommt. Wir wohnten in der Wohnung 4 des Mietobjekts. Diese Ferienwohnung ist hinsichtlich des Preis -Leistungsverhältnisses sehr stark zu bemängeln. Sie ist viel zu klein, wir haben uns an den viel zu engen Türen und Durchgängen ständig angestoßen. Ein Mensch ab einem Körpergewicht von 120 kg hätte diese Türen nicht durchschreiten können. Sie ist nach der Höhe des Preises zu beurteilen nicht annähernd zufriedenstellend ausgestattet. Keine Spülmaschine, eine miserable Qualität des Internets, kein Föhn. Aber sie war sauber. Und für Bettwäsche bei drei Personen einen Aufpreis von 60 Euro zu berechnen? Wir haben dieses Objekt gleich dreifach bewohnt. Das erste, das letzte und das einzige Mal.

Solide Ferienwohnung mit reichhaltiger aber einfacher Ausstattung

In dem Haus befinden sich mehrere Ferienwohnungen. Die Wohnung Nr 4. hat eine reichliche (Grill, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer usw.) aber einfache Ausstattung und eine eigene Terasse. Sehr angenehm waren die Betten, aber leider kostet die Bettwäsche extra. Die Möbel sehen etwas zusammengesucht aus, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Leider wurden im Bad keine Mischarmaturen verbaut, sondern man muß über 2 Hähne die Temperatur regeln. Dieses ist besonders in der Dusche nervig, da es ewig braucht bis man eine angenehme Temperatur hat und der Duschvorhang dabei immer schön an den Beinen klebt. Das Internet per W-Lan funktioniert leider regelmäßig nicht. Angenehm ist der Fußweg zum Strand, da dieser nicht an einer Straße entlang führt. Bei Sonderwünschen oder kleinen Mängeln einfach Agentur oder das Hausmeisterpaar kontaktieren, es wird schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Generell also eine gute Ferienwohnung wenn man mit den Mängeln leben kann.

Tolle Umgebung, Unterkunft ok, aber dunkel und schön etwas älter.

Uns war nicht klar, dass wir eine Kellerwohnung bekommen würden. Sonst ok.
