Its central location makes this holiday rental the perfect getaway for couples, families, and seniors. The beach, the boardwalk, and numerous restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious rooftop terrace. Thanks to its south and west-facing orientation, you’ll enjoy plenty of sunshine here—whether you’re having breakfast, reading a good book on a lounge chair, or enjoying a cosy dinner under the large awning. A spacious, sheltered entryway with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy your first cup of coffee outdoors first thing in the morning. So you’ll find a cosy spot to relax at any time of day.

The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (clearance height 2.15 m). From there, the lift takes you conveniently up to the penthouse.
