"The staff and friendliness was absolutely amazing. The pool was nice and big. The outside hottub was so small and so packed we weren’t even able to enjoy a sit in the hot tub. The indoor one was not hot, the jets didn’t work. Our room was pretty mediocre for paying an extra $100 to have “an upgraded room package”. Expedia had claimed the club lounge as part of our upgrade as well, and upon check in we were informed that it no longer even exists. So they “just gave us” access to the pantry even though it was already supposed to just be apart of our stay. The pantry with all the snacks/drinks was pretty amazing to have. Overall pretty disappointed, we paid about 400$ for one night (the room and parking) to have a great getaway for the first time in a long time. And we found we were not able to enjoy our time as much as we thought we were. There were other hotels with much nicer rooms, big tubs and more hot tubs available for even 200$ less than what we paid. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, I was surprised that for a 2 night stay the beds did not get remade. The dirty towels were replaced and the coffee was replaced which was good"

"Great property! The staff were amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. We were a little concerned that the rooms may be a little noisy but we barely heard the traffic at all. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Kelowna!"
