Great location

We enjoyed our stay for one week, location was very convenient and central. It was great to be able to run on the boardwalk, and be a few steps away from many restaurants and coffee shops.

Perfect Getaway for a Couple!

Not only a modern, clean, cozy apartment, but a convenient, walkable location to downtown restaurants, parks and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the deck as well and look forward to returning again . Secure parking too!

Beautiful and Centrally Located Apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much! Management kindly allowed an earlier check-in, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and had every needed amenity. Great views of the lake and for people watching out of the window or on the balcony.

Great location, close to the water, across the street from City Park, walking distance to excellent restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Property manager responded promptly to all inquiries. We would 100% stay here again.

This unit is well appointed with everything we needed plus a view of the lake. It is just around the corner from numerous restaurants and about 5 blocks from a Safeway store. The only downside is the tight parking space.

Beautiful apartment walking distance to shops, restaurants, park, beach, marina

We stayed at this apartment in early August. The property is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen is big enough to cook enjoyably and there is a nice deck overlooking the park for great people watching and sunsets. I can’t imagine a better location as there are endless nearby restaurant options, and it is right across the street from the park/beach. We had a wonderful stay.

This is truly one of the best Location in Kelowna. Close to everything. I can only recommend this apartment. Unfortunately I had to pay for parking since the undercover parking space, which normally comes with this place, was closed. All in all, we would definitely come back.

Awesome stay! Lois checked us in. She was friendly and responded quickly to all messages. The Vrbo was clean and spacious. Lots of great storage for all your travel things. It really had an expensive hotel feel to it. Location was unmatched. Walking distance to all downtown Kelowna has to offer. We would recommend this place to family and friends. Wonderfully decorated rental with all the amenities for two. Location is perfect to enjoy lovely Kelowna and Laura and Lois took wonderful care of us, even when our phone card would not work. We stayed 3 nights at this property. The location couldn’t be better - right beside City Park, near boardwalks and bike paths. There is access to several beaches, though we didn’t use them. Good location for restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlours. The suite is very well equipped with top end crockery, cutlery and glassware. Checking in and out was easy. It was a little more than we generally spend, but well worth the extra for a lovely getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in Kelowna. The location is superb—one can literally park the car and walk to whatever your heart desires! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Having the sliding glass open at night was lovely, although there was ac if you prefer. We took advantage of the rentals for bikes, scooters and seadoos and had some fun. The building itself is safe, and well maintained. We will definitely return! Thank you Lois amd Laura, your place is so great!

Canadian Get Away For TWO

Perfect location and well maintained property. The unit is very comfortable, has good view. Bed very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Balcony was nice, good air conditioning. Nicely decorated. A very very friendly person to check in with. Can't wait to return. Tip: The ice cream shop beneath the building is always super busy at night and it is fun to watch people lining up. They open at 11am so you can go when the open, buy a pint or two to go and then eat the best ice cream while others stand in long line. Great restaurants all in walking distance. The park was lovely to sit on the grass on warm evening and people watch. Sweet clean city with lots of great wineries!!

We stayed for a short honeymoon and the apartment was fantastic. The owners left a bottle of champagne and some beautiful candles for us, the location is beyond perfect with cheap food, expensive food, good alcohol, beautiful patios. 2 powerful AC units in the rooms mean you will have a great sleep even in the dead of summer. 10/10 on everything for this stay absolutely would stay again in a heartbeat
