A very nice layout for a large family. Allows for special needs to have a quiet place away from the main family traffic. Back patio offers great conversation and the bbq is a large size with perfect heat. Hot tub is away from the patio seating allowing you another private space. Proximity to the downtown is nice and a playground is also close. Quiet neighborhood.

An excellent property to rent overall. Great access to downtown and local parks. Sufficient and easy to use parking spaces. The accomodations were clean, good closet space, very well supplied kitchen, nice beds and linens, plus great outdoor space for our use. Our host provided quick communicatons and answered my questions before we booked as well as in the weeks prior to arriving. Highly recommended for families. We were there for a week and found it fit our needs perfectly.

The location is great and very close to downtown, the beach, groceries, Knox mountain, and airport (15-20minutes)! The property was very clean and very well equipped. There is a covered patio with plenty of seating and it is very relaxing with a view of the hillside behind the house. The hot tub was great as well! I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The host responded quickly to any questions.

We were a party of 6 seniors, whose primary purpose was to visit together for the Thanksgiving weekend. We were impressed with the aesthetic presentation of the living space, the layout & spaciousness. Whether you are inside or outside, the property offers multiple areas for comfortable conversation. The home is well organized & well provisioned. Chrystal was readily available for questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this home & would definitely consider returning.
