Welcome to your own private estate at Summerhill Pyramid Winery. This architectural retreat is nestled among towering trees and manicured gardens, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a private pool and hot tub, and multiple decks overlooking Okanagan Lake and the surrounding vineyards. It`s the perfect setting for weddings, bridal parties, family gatherings, corporate retreats, and special celebrations.

The Deluxe King Suite is a serene loft-style retreat featuring a king bed, a comfortable lounge sofa, and a spa-inspired ensuite with a deep cedar soaker tub and double vanity. Additional guest rooms offer a mix of queen and twin beds, many with peaceful garden or lake views, creating comfortable accommodations for groups and families.

Gather in the open-concept family room, where lake views, a brick fireplace, and a spacious dining area make it the heart of the home. The separate living room is anchored by a grand piano and walls of glass that open onto the deck. For more formal occasions, the dramatic great room features vaulted cedar ceilings and a soaring natural stone fireplace. Downstairs, the games room offers a full-size pool table for relaxed evenings together.

Outside, enjoy your private pool and private hot tub surrounded by lush gardens and mature evergreens, or unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring the vineyards. Set on more than 20 acres of beautiful vineyard and farmland, this is a truly unique Okanagan getaway with plenty of space to explore. Guests have access to both the front and backyard and are welcome to take a stroll through the vineyard. You can even walk to the Summerhill Pyramid winery for a wine tasting, lunch, or dinner.

Please note that this is a very original, antique-style property that has not undergone extensive updating. If you’re looking for a modern, newly renovated home, this may not be the right fit. Instead, you’ll find plenty of character, charm, and unique details, including drums, pianos, and other vintage features. The home has a wonderful sense of history and is a truly cool and memorable place to stay.

As the property is located on active farmland and vineyard grounds, you may encounter local wildlife such as deer, bears, coyotes, mice, and other animals. These encounters are part of the experience of staying in a peaceful rural setting.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, saran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent (if it has a washer/dryer). .

*Please note that the pool and hot tub is only open between mid-May and beginning of October. The pool is not heated.

Unfortunately this place is NOT dog friendly. This is also a non-smoking place in the house and on the balcony. You will need to smoke off-site. Thanks!

Guests enjoy private, exclusive use of the estate and its amenities, including five guest bedrooms, the private outdoor pool and hot tub, the entertainment room, the formal and family living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the multiple decks and terraces overlooking the lake and vineyards. On-site parking is included for your stay.

Please note that the indoor hot tub located downstairs is currently out of service and is not available for guest use. The outdoor hot tub is fully operational and available throughout your stay. In accordance with rental restrictions, guests have access to five bedrooms. Additional bedrooms located on the lower level remain locked and are not accessible during your stay.

The home sits on the grounds of Summerhill Pyramid Winery, so you`re steps from the tasting room, the pyramid cellar, and Nature`s Table at Summerhill — these are open to the public on their own hours and are a wonderful part of staying here, though they operate separately from your private rental.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all guests plan to check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls and after-hours assistance after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only.

Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.

Our goal is to provide everything you need in advance so you can settle in comfortably, enjoy your vacation, and make the most of your time in the area.
Maximum occupancy: This property accommodates up to 16 guests. The maximum may not be exceeded at any time, including day visitors, without prior written approval.

No parties or events: Quiet enjoyment only. Parties, gatherings beyond the registered guest count, and events are not permitted without prior written approval.

Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM out of consideration for the winery grounds and neighbours.

No smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property — no tobacco, cannabis, or vaping anywhere inside the home, on decks/terraces, or on the surrounding grounds.

No pets: Pets are not permitted.

Pool use: Use the pool at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Care of the property: Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, furnishings, vineyard, or grounds during their stay. Please treat the estate and its surroundings with care.

Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 4PM check-out by 11AM. Late check-out by arrangement only and based on availability.

Winery grounds: Hours for the vineyards, restaurant, tasting room, etc are open as normal. These are not accessible once closed.
