"I have stayed at the Skylark whenever I visit Lakeport. The rooms are always clean, beds pretty comfortable and the is staff friendlyand helpful. My only complaint would be the pillows are a bit flat for my liking."

"This one was is a mixed bag. The property is in an odd location, convenient but undesirable,. The room and actual building are not bad however, attention to detail is lacking. When I checked in the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and professional but when he asked his manager a question, she was incredibly rude, because I am a Hilton honors member he was assigning me the same grade room, but one in a better location, she intervened instructing him to give me the worse room and remove my Hilton honors points because I booked on Expedia. I wouldn’t stay there again just because of her incredibly unprofessional attitude. They do not have any legitimate dining options, which seems odd because there is an ideal space for it. Perhaps they did previously and closed it down, unfortunately it seems like this space has no reason."
