Genau die richtige Wahl!

Jan - Haus A - ein klasse geräumiges Haus wie auf den Fotos, jede Menge Platz und Komfort. Sehr gute Lage, trotzdem schön ruhig um die Ecke verborgen. Viele Zimmer und Türen oder Balkone; Fenster mit Fliegengittern, Jalousien und kleine Klimaanlagen, alles sehr angenehm und für jeden gibt es Raum und Privatsphäre. Insbesondere die Küche und die Ausstattung dort ist hervorzuheben, genau das, wonach ich (koche sehr gern) gesucht habe. Jede Menge Utensilien und auch Geräte, Geschirr, Pfannen und so weiter - nicht so armselig wie viele andere Ferienwohnungen. Da macht es großen Spaß auf die lokalen Märkte zu gehen und schön zu Kochen. Der Pool ist super und das schon etwas ältere Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, es ist alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Hausmeister ist ein Schatz und ist extra für uns sehr früh morgens zur Schlüsselübergabe aufgetaucht, war auch immer sehr hilfsbereit (WLAN ging nicht richtig ...). Als einziges kleines Manko möchte ich das Fehlen normaler Bettdecken erwähnen, die haben wir zum Anfang April wirklich vermisst. Gut, im Sommer braucht man die dort ganz sicherlich nicht, aber dann würde ich wegen der Hitze dort sowieso nicht hinfahren. Jedenfalls waren wir vier alle sehr zufrieden und können das Haus guten Gewissens nur herzlich weiterempfehlen.

We stay the two first weeks of September 2015 at these two villas in Kemer. We were with 16 people for a family reunion. Wonderful. Everything was very good. The location is very interesting and very close to centre of the city. The young ones could easily go to the centre and stay as long as they wanted to. The whole family enjoyed staying at the villas and along the swimming pool. The most important thing was the good care that Hanifi and his wife, the care taker of the house, gave us. Real nice people. We could communicate only with a few words. That was ok because there was a connection. And if I did not understand him, Sahar, their daughter, helped us out through telephone. Real nice and helpful people, father, mother and daughter. I do not have a plan for near future. But if I organize a reunion in Turkey again, I will of course consider going to these villas. Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir - zwei Erwachsene und zwei 15-jährige - haben uns in Haus B sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Strand ist sehr nah. Die Vermieterin, Frau Graf ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bereits vor der Reise viele Informationen und Tipps gegeben. Auch mir größeren Gruppen könnte ich mir einen Urlaub hier gut vorstellen.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Unsere Studienfahrt (11 Gymnasiasten der 10. Klasse und 2 Lehrkräfte) hat hier in Haus A und B für 10 Tage im März 2015 einen Stützpunkt gehabt, der die Erwartungen erfüllt und übertroffen hat. Die Organisation der Vermieterseite war bestens, bei der Ankunft spätabends wie bei der Abreise früh um 7 Uhr mit unkomplizierter Abrechnung der Stromkosten. Beide Häuser boten uns wirklich schöne und bequeme Wohnzimmer, Küchen mit allem was man braucht, große Terrassen und Schlafräume mit guten Betten (und teilweise Balkonen). Den gepflegten Pool haben wir wenig genutzt, es war ja noch März, und die Klimaanlagen (in allen Räumen) funktionieren auch als Heizung gut (überhaupt funktioniert alles, z.B. Bad, WC). - Dass man von hier soviele bedeutende antike Stätten in Tagesausflügen erreichen kann, ist ein wichtiger Pluspunkt, der Kemer auch für Aufenthalte außerhalb der Badesaison attraktiv macht. - Frau Susanne Graf, die in München wohnt, gibt vor und nach der Anmietung Auskunft und Hilfe (per Telefon oder Email); mit ihr wurde vorher alles besprochen und so hat es dann an nichts gefehlt.

Great houses in top location!

We were a party of nine from Stockholm who stayed in both houses. One is facing the street and the other the pool in the backyard. Both houses are fully equipped and well taken care of. You have everything you need in both houses. Lemon trees beside the pool felt exotic and luxururious for us northeners The manager was very kind and helpful and everything was in perfect order. Both the beach and the city center are close by.

TOP TOP TOP! Super tolles Haus.

Wir fünf Personen sind in der Nacht eingereist und wurden vom "Hausmeister" empfangen, welcher uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat und zugleich eine Durchführung durch das Ferienhaus gemacht hat. Das Haus sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Es fehlen zwar noch Bilder von den anderen Zimmern, aber auch dort ist alles top. Was uns sehr positiv auffiel war, dass an allen Fenstern ein Gitterschutz vor Insekten gab und Jalousienen´im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss dazu. Der Aufenthalt im Haus und am Pool verlieh einem das Gefühl nicht in der lauten Stadt zu wohnen, sondern einen entspannten Urlaub etwas abgelegener zu haben, denn man ist umgeben von Zitronenbäumen und morgens hört man einen Hahn bei Sonnenaufgang. Trotzdem sitzt man in der Stadt und kann was erleben, denn Supermarkt und Discotheken sind sehr nah am Haus. Auch der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dies war unser erster Besuch in Kemer und war auf alle Fälle eine super schöne Zeit. Das Haus empfehlen wir mit bestem Gewissen weiter. Eine Erinnerung an die wunderschöne gemeinsame Zeit mit >Anne, Rahime Teyze, Melike, Bilge und Gülcimen< Grüße an Bedia und Susanne Graf

Toller Urlaub in Kemer

Wir (5 Frauen) haben zum ersten mal ein Ferienhaus gebucht,uns hat es sehr gefallen im Haus Kemer. Die Räume und das Pool sind schöner als auf den Bildern. Probleme gab es mit dem Geschirrspüler, was aber letzendlich nicht weiter schlimm war. Wir hatten insgesamt einen tollen Urlaub. Christa S.

Das Haus reicht für 8/ 10 Personen Wir waren 2 Familien dort mit 4 Kindern alter 2,4,4,16 Das Meer hat Steine man braucht unbedingt Badeschuhe - günstige Schuhe für 10 Euro im Supermarkt vor Ort. Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Auto benötigt man kaum. Essen ist in Kemer nicht unbedingt günstig. Es ist günstiger ein 5++++ Hotel gegenüber mit allincl. Leistung für täglichen Gebrauch zu buchen und dort seine Nachmittage ab 14h für 25Eur p.P. (Kind 12,50) zu verbringen. Ganzer Tag kostet beim Cristal 40 Euro p.P. und 20 Euro p. Kind. Wir haben die meisten Abende und Tage im Hotel verbracht, Das Haus ist ganz nett eingerichtet, es fehlt jedoch ein DVD-Player, dafür hat aber der kleine Laptop-Fernseher deutsche Programme, was jedoch für unseren Urlaub nicht ganz so relevant war, weil wir dort fast nur geschlafen haben.

Super Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!!Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 kinder (14,10,7).Es sieht alles so aus wie es im Internet ist!!!Wir waren 19 Tage da und uns wurde nie langwielig.Man braucht kein Auto!!!!!! Die Kinder fanden es toll, das sie in den Pool gehen konnten wann sie wollten!!!!!Und der Pool service von Ha......war spitze!!!!In der letzten Woche kamen uns 3 Freunde besuchen auch sie fanden es sehr schön!!!!!Wir freuen uns auf 2012 da kommen wir wieder!!!!!!!

bedste ferie

Dette er den bedste ferie vi har haft i lang tid, huset var dejligt, og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Ejerne var meget hjælpsomme fra det øjeblik, vi spurgte om ferieboligen til at vende tilbage igen i Italien. Alle de oplysninger, vi krævede blev fremsendt, og medvirket til at gøre os overbevist om, at alt ville gå glat .... og det gjorde! Vi har været til Kemer et par gange og elsker denne lille by, vejret og den venlige atmosfære, hvor nogensinde du går. Området var også meget rart, og vi ville definetely gå tilbage igen .... forhåbentlig snart! Julia & Peter

Top Haus

Alles hat super geklappt, die freundliche Dame Bedia hat uns perfekt alles erklärt, es ist tatsächlich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir haben es genossen den den Swimminpool ganz für uns alleine zu haben. Die Pool-Wartung war perfekt. Meine Freunde und ich werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub !!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Baby und sind jetzt zum 3.mal in einme Ferienhaus in der Türkei für 2 Wochen gewesen. Dieses Haus war bis jetzt zwar das teuerste aber auch das beste. 4 Schlafzimmer, wunderschöner Pool, endlich mal türkisches ambiente und nicht dieser übliche "Standardlook". Alles ist wie auf der website beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr dankbar waren wir über die organisierte Abholung, weil wir nachts ankamen und die Kinder sehr angestrengt. Mit dem Baby war die Strandnähe sehr angenehm, weil ich sogar zum Wickeln vom Strand nach hause laufen konnte. Fast jeden Abend waren wir im Ort in der Fußgängerzone und am Hafen spazieren und genossen das geschäftige Treiben auf der Straße und die tollen Geschäfte. Unsere Teenager freuten sich über die "abgefahrenen" Diskos. Mein Mann war sehr froh, dass er im Urlaub kein Auto fahren musste!! Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen. Alles in Allem ein entspannter und toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Ich kann jedem emfehlen, dieses Haus zu buchen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Absolutely top location house

The house is an absolutely beautiful home. The house was very clean, well-maintained and had all the amenities, above and beyond what I normally expect at a rental. We spent a great, relaxing week there, enjoying the pool, local beaches and attractions and the lovely town of Kemer.Everything was in close proximity. I would highly recommend this house and we plan on coming back.
