Beautiful beach, wonderful staff but barely second class facilities. The hotel is situated on a wonderful stretch of The Med but is one of those mega resorts with poor taste. Its rooms were tired, staff were barely keeping up with requests and looked unhappy. Food was plenty but of mediocre quality given the sophistication of Turkish cuisine. It needs a major management overhaul or will only appeal to the package holiday makers who seem to only enjoy excess with no taste.

Konforlu bir tatildi.

Otel imkanlari geniş, mutfağı lezzetli ve cesitliydi. Deniz ve kumsal güzel ve temizdi.Sadece, odada ve dolapların içinde keskin bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Bunun dışında kids club çocuklar icin cazip gelmedi, belki de samimiyet ve özen eksikliginden olabilir , Türkçe konuşan personel çok azdı. Otel müşteri profili genel olarak rus ve rusya kokenlilerden oluşuyordu ve oldukça kalabalikti.

Отель расположен в отличном месте, время в пути от аэропорта до отеля 1час 20 минут. Территория отеля на10. Пляж для Кемера на 9. Протяжённость метров 700,может больше. Номерной фонд на любой бюджет с отличными видами, но требует уже реновации.Питание очень разнообразное ,на любой вкус. Также и с барами. Обслуживание ,персонал очень слабый, во всех подразделениях,от стойки регистрации до уборки в номере, ресторан ещё хуже. Оценка 7 ,только потому что персонал набирали поздно,в прошлом году было всё хорошо, думаю на следующий год будет всё хорошо. Отель загружен процентов на 80 ,говорят на сто.Отель понравился, рекомендую. Оценка 9 из 10.

My family and I are Americans and chose Antalya for our summer vacation. I was very nervous because I know how customer service over seas is compared to the U.S. but I must say the service that was provided was excellent. They welcomed us from the beginning and checked on us through our stay. It was my husbands bday and they went the extra mile to get him a cake and a bottle of wine. Everything was very clean . Staff was very nice . The food was good , sweets were even better. Drinks were delicious. Breathe taking views. And the all inclusive was great. I do wish they had tip jars around in case people want to leave tip. The entertainment was amazing . Over all we had an amazing time and will be coming back very soon. Thank you nirvana for the great experience !

Отличное расположение отеля!Последний в этом заливе и поэтому комфортная тишина особенно в корпусах Club rooms. Кругом горы покрытые соснами ,чистое море,пляж с песком и мелкой галькой у подножья высокой горы с фуникулером. Много лежаков и беседок за 70 или 35 евро/день Номера просторные,турецкая кухня хорошая и стараются разнообразить. Сотрудники на reception очень отзывчивы и стараются быстро все решить. Отель заточен на русскоговорящую публику и семьи с детьми,хотя вечерами громкая музыка до полуночи. В целом Amara цена-качество соответствует и мы забронируем на следующий год,

Otel konum olarak harikaydı. Denizi havuzları çok temizdi. İçecek ve yemekler çok güzeldi. Aklınıza gelebilecek herşey fazlasiyla mevcut.odaları çok geniş ve konforlu. Girişte ceyhun bey çok sıcak karşıladı ilgisi icin cok tesekkürler. Animasyon ekibi bi harika ,çok cana yakın ve profesyonel bir ekipti. Animasyondan Yasin bey sükrü beye ayrıca tesekkürler. Hotel e erken gelmemize rağmen hemen odamızı verip bize yardımcı olan hotelimize teşekkür ederim. Kemer ve Tekirova bölgesinde bir çok hotel de ailece konaklamamız var. Ancak burada aldığımız hizmet ve hoşgörülü davranışlar için teşekkür ederim. Hotel muazzam büyük heryer de havuz bar lokanta ve restoran var ondan yemek için sıra beklemiyorsunuz. Yemekler süper her çeşit et seçenek kaliteli bit şekilde sunuluyor. Alkol ve içiçekler en üst seviyede ondan dolayı da çok teşekkürler. Negatif birşey yazmak bence haksızlık olur. Ailece hotelden çıkarken üzgündük ama en yakın zamanda görüşmek üzere Amara. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Positives but many negatives too

Positives: 1.Beautiful hotel, clean and in a natural setting 2.Great quality and variety of drinks 3.Good variety of bars but most all a la carte restaurants were closed 4.Great jazz act Negatives: 1.Rude reception staff, arrogant and incompetent no welcome on arrival and no how was your stay on departure 2.Most staff did not speak English caters mainly for Russian 3.Had very noisy Russian guests on first floor between 3-4am making it a bad night sleep. Security does not adequately patrol 4.Had do no disturb sign on door but at 9.30am housekeeping wanted to enter 5. At 11h50 had a call from reception to say hello check out 12! Everything in the resort was awesome. The staff was friendly; bartenders were good, the pools and spa were fantastic. The disco was good but no many people were there since my visit was in the beginning of the summer season.

The best hotel !!!

This is the best hotel in Antalya area... stayed 2 times already... and will be back again. 24hrs all inclusive service with proper drinks (not the usual local drinks) and proper 24hrs food service. Hotel its on the beach ... Rooms are spacious ...

Отдых в Amara Dolce Vita Luxury - All Inclusive

К сожалению, в последние несколько лет отель не поддерживает статус Luxury. Красивое море, большая и ухоженная территория, но питание не соответствует заявленным звездам.... Одно и тоже меню, небольшой ассортимент блюд. В номерах уборка на твердую "3" - все поверхностно... Нас было 3 взрослых человека, принесли дополнительную кровать,которая может подойти только только для подростка. Обратившись к горничной принести большую кровать, получили ответ, что кровати только такие.... Пришлось 3 дня "поспать" на "стандартной" кровати. В итоге, подойдя второй раз на ресепшн, после распоряжения сервисного сотрудника в течении 15 минут принесли большую кровать. Отель полностью загружен отдыхающими.... Не хватает обслуживающего персонала... Очень слабый интернет...., для переписки достаточен, но если нужно поработать, скачать файлы - практически невозможно.... К сожалению, не все отдыхающие могут только отдыхать.... Пожелание к руководству отеля обратить внимание на сервисное обслуживание, питание и чистоту в номерах. Само место, где находится Amara Dolce Vita Luxury превосходное!!!

Don’t like

There is no service at all. There are no free sun beds in the morning at the sea. There are no free tables in the evening during a dinner. Line for food. The service personnel don't speak neither Russian nor in English. Inadequate compatriots. Number deluxe was pleasant. Good pool and sea, when clean.
