"Room was bot clean. We found pieces of chocolate chip cookies in various parts of room. There were no sheets or extra bedding for the fold out bed. The room smelled moldy/mildewy possible from cleaning of carpet as it was a per room. Bathroom needed a good cleaning around the shower door. Toilet got clogged and i stead of sending someone they offered a plunger...which broke."

"Unclean room, the lady at the desk legitimately told me "I should not expect a clean room as they don't deep clean every time" . The room was nasty rotting something behind the bed, no sweeping behind the furniture. Green something on the walls, some drops on the ice bucket, and just dirst and stains EVERYWHERE. Im glad I didn't bring a black light because I already seen spots on the sheets. The lady who cleaned my room was fired the day after we started I stayed do to the quality of work. Confirmed to me by 2 staff members, could not talk to the manager as he was not there and not available by phone. The rooms were quiet, and the water was HOT. This was not worth the amount we spent on the stay. The hotel has alot of potential but with the current level of care this place is bad."

"Terribly uncomfortable beds. You can feel the springs in the mattress , linen was rough, no ironing boards. Poorly lit rooms . Restroom had a extremely loud vent fan that woke everyone up when the light switch was turned on. There was heavy rain, and the 1st floor flooded, and the staff at the front desk acted unconcerned, the following morning they finally wet vacuumed up the water from the carpet. waking up all the guest."
