"Fantastic house with plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Newly renovated within the last few years. Host was almost over communicative! Booked this for my parents 35th anniversary for the entire family and everyone had a great time and raved about the property. Highly recommend and if we come back, we’d stay here again!Just note, there are quiet hours as the host has outlined in the description. While we followed them and had no issues, he messaged multiple times to remind us as hours got close, even if we weren’t outside or home. Unfortunately, seems like a group previously may have caused this which is a bummer for a terrific host."

"Be sure to read the listing carefully...There is NO working AC unit and it was 80 degrees in the house at 5pm!The bike yard is a small patio, very sunny.Carpets are dirty/stained.There's ample dishes available .Bathrooms were clean.Third bedroom is a couch that folds to a bed but needs a foam mattress to be comfortable. The room does work as a kid corner to watch a movie, but right next to the stairs, so not exactly safe for a 2 year old to be next to...All in all, I feel for the price, I would have opted for a hotel"
