"I liked the beds and the room! They accommodated me, as I am handicapped. There was no ice, however, unless we went to the third floor, we were on the bottom floor, Thank Goodness! I don’t think the room cooled down enough for me, but I get hot easily. The bathroom was excellent. The seat in the room had rollers, AND a mirror on the wall, I need to put on my makeup while sitting. I would definitely stay here again. The price was acceptable as well."

"The necessary things to make your stay comfortable were provided. Wi-Fi, electricity, and hot water were all working well. The staff was quick to respond, parking was sufficient, and the room was clean. It was clear that a lot of effort had been put into maintaining the place, despite the exterior looking a little old. The outside could use a little cleaning as well, but overall, I enjoyed my stay without any issues."

"When I say this place was a PEACE of Heaven on Earth. It was everything I needed. A last-minute booking to escape the worries of the world ended up being everything I needed for rest, relaxation and restoration. I’m okay with the off-grid atmosphere. I spent time on the front porch and just sitting alone. It was just what I needed. The space was fitting and comfortable for my basic needs, perfect for the weary traveler who doesn’t want or need all of the extra fluff to just breathe and be. I met Debra, the host, and she is a gem. It was nice to have the breakfast she provided. I told her she should brand her strawberry jam. It was fresh. Also, her coffee cake was AMAZING!Overall, waking up to roosters crowing, the skylight welcoming in the new morning, the well-thought amenities and features, as well as the complimentary breakfast and peaceful nature setting makes this a place I will come back to again."

"Quiet retreat with a great view. The house was very accommodating. Beds and couch/chairs comfortable, AC worked, plus they had 3 fans, the kitchen had everything you needed (but could use a sharper serrated knife). Spent a lot of time on the deck. But the steps down to the water were steep, older folks and older dogs may find them difficult. The host/owner was very helpful. Would stay there again."

"The property was exactly as presented when I was looking for a Lake vacation home.Home is full of character, Clean, right on the water with everything you needed right there. We enjoyed the fishing and kayaking so much along with just sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the water watching the wildlife swim and fly by daily . Even the " Lake House Pet" had a relaxing vacation "cute touch". Shane was on the spot responsive with any question...Definitely had no needs or issues staying here. Will definitely vacation here again & again!!!"
