No me gustó que me dijeran que había desayuno hasta las 9:15 am y a las 9, solo habia cereal, ya no volvieron a poner el desayuno completo aunque habían otras personas. El cubre colchón estaba sucio, quiero creer, que era de café. Lo recomiendo, para una emergencia.

El servicio del desayuno decia que hasta las 9:30am, estuvimos antes de las 9 y ya no habia nada de comida, se le comento al encargado y solamente se fue ya no regreso, los cuartos ya son muy viejos no hay conecciones a la vista tuvimos que buscar una debajo del mueble de lado de la caml habia polvo y suciedad

It was comfortable. We missed out on the breakfast so I can't comment on that. We were charged a $25 cash pet fee.

This hotel is extremely run down. It was fairly clean but most everything in need of repair. Bed was hard! Bar missing from toilet paper holder, no stopper for tub, mini bar adjustment dial missing, no holder for the bar soap, ceiling tile falling in hall. It is very inexpensive so I didn’t luxury but this was pretty bad.

Poorly maintained, nice staff.
The family who operated the hotel seemed very nice, but many things were broken or in disrepair. The hotel room was not clean, the toilet ran and made noises, the refrigerator temperature dial was broken, there were paint on the windows and unfinished spackle in the bathroom, and the water spout in the tub was falling out of the wall. It was affordable, which was a plus!

Smelly and dirty... Unsafe
The stairs, elevator, and hallways were filthy. The front desk person tried to scam us for pet fees. The room was unclean. One bed had hair between the sheets. The carpet and hard floors were sticky. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The app won't let me add the photo of the door with the lock removed that has a sign telling users to simply pull it open.

Unsafe and unprofessional hotel
They double booked the room I got. When I got my key I went into the room and it was dirty, got, smelled bad, and I think there was a naked man sleeping on the bed. I had to go downstairs and request another room. Unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel. Felt the need to deadbolt lock my new room to avoid something similar happening to me.

I usually stay in many hotels for my work, but this has been my worst nightmare. A place that smells stinky, a staff that does not interest them at all. The hot water did not work, the disgusting bathtub, the yellow towels, the floor with hair from previous people. I really had to spend my night there because I had arrived very late from work and I only had the chance to sleep 5 hours and I didn't have time to go out and look for another place. Breakfast omg I was not going to eat at all but my coworker did go to take it, he spent the whole day going to the bathroom. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

Back door and 2nd floor ice machine has been broken for at least 3 weeks. Elevator floor carpet never gets vacuumed. On the night of 6/4-6/5 the power went out around 03:15 due to a storm. All power resumed in my room but the a/c would not work. The screen reflected a code. I repowered but to no avail. I waited about an hr waiting to see if the unit would reset. Did not. I went to the front desk and stated my issue to Cassandra. Her reply, after she slammed her phone down, sighed and unwilling walked to the counter from her chair in the back corner of her work area stating the power was out. I advised her I was aware of the power going out but all power was back on in my room and could she move me. She said she wasn’t a mechanic and she doesn’t know which room’s where available. She pointed to her computer screen says see the power is out. As I’m standing there, under lights that are working I asked if she rebooted the computer. She sighed again saying NO. She said I’d have to wait until 08:00 for maintenance. I told her that her efforts weren’t enough as I don’t feel I should pay for room not fully functioning. She again said she wasn’t a mechanic. I walked off after stating that I’m aware of her inabilities. Both her and the mgr Michelle have horrible customer service skills and both should be moved to non-customer service positions.

Parts have been ordered for the side door and we are waiting for it to arrive. Ice machine has been looked at and the contractor is looking for the parts it needs. I also apologize for the power outage, the storm blew a fuse at our pole and AEP was not able to get to us and restore full power until after 11am. The lights that were on in the hallways and lobby were our emergency lights. There was nothing maintenance nor my staff could do to fix the issues until AEP restored our power. Rear exit is broken, 2nd ice machine broken and 4 parking lot lights are out. I’ve stayed there 3 day’s this week already and each day the dirt/mud in the elevator has increased not decreased. Dealt with 2 desk clerks, both seemed over stressed and exhausted. After dealing with the mgr Michelle i can see why. As a business owner and mgr of people id start there!

Tracked in mud from outside the main entrance thru lobby, into the elevator and down the halls while only attendant was drawing pictures with personal friends when i arrived. This morning the breakfast area was not clean, no customers around and attended was sitting in the office with her back to the lobby

Staff was super nice! Greeted us every morning. Directed my parents who are elderly pretty much every time I wasn’t around. Kept and eye on my dad while he walked the dog. So freaking helpful! Highly recommend this property for your next stay near here. Great locale and great people!

This was my first time staying there and my last. Room 130 has one issue that I couldn't overlook. The toilet leaks water, so every 15 or so minutes it re-fills again and you won't be able to sleep. I had to shut off the water line before going to bed. The room also had a slice in the carpet/rug? I have never stayed in a room in this condition. The website indicates hot breakfast but they're not currently it! Only continental breakfast! The air conditioner was very cold! The shower was also good! Finally the Hotel doesn't really care about the landscape, weeds are growing abundantly. It wasn't pricey, but I will pay more next time and stay somewhere else.

Room #104 was clean and everything worked. We really didn't need anything from the staff but they were readily available. Breakfast was hot and decent.
