Relaxing Retreat
The property was just as descrbed. It was private and peaceful. Loved listening to the bird wildlife while relaxing in the hot spa. It had everything we needed and was only a short drive from the delightful small towns surrounding it. The owners were so friendly and accomodating. Our fur baby got to meet cows, geese and chickens for the first time too. Will definitely be back.

A weekend of pure bliss!
I’d stayed here before by myself so I knew it was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for our anniversary! Once again it did not disappoint, the seclusion and peacefulness is just heaven! The cabin itself has everything you could possibly need, and that hot tub is just amazing! We took our dog with us and she had the best time exploring, Eumundi markets was so close and what better way to end the beautiful and relaxing weekend than with a trip to Kenilworth bakery!

Lovely for a short break

Recharge relaxing time away
Was an amazing place to stay at, very remote, but yet still close to town. Was the most beautiful relaxing place, to re-charge the batteries and re-connect to your partner, yourself and what this beautiful country has to offer. Highly recommend.

I almost want to leave a bad review so it will be available for us every time we want to go. This place was magic. The theme for the weekend was, oh no I forgot the… never mind they have it. It was the most well stocked and well appointed accommodation I’ve ever experienced. A true home away from home in the peace and serenity. Best part about it was that there wasn’t a kid to be seen. The wildlife was awesome. We saw snakes, birds, wallabies, geese and cows. The cabin smelled of wood fire which was just perfect. Exactly what it is supposed to be. Honestly cannot wait to stay there again. Two nights was definitely not long enough.

Superb! Beautiful setting and comfortable & well equipped studio. Quiet & peaceful. Loved that we could bring our dog with us, she enjoyed her mini break too. Nice to go for a walk then return to relax in the spa. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend.

Great place for a quiet and peaceful weekend. The host was very accommodating and we appreciated the thoughtful extras. The room was well equipped for cooking amd had extra things like a selection of dvds and first aid supplies. Really enjoyed the spa and the location. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful quiet relaxing retreat
The place is set in the bush so is very beautiful and quiet. The owners leave birdseed out so you can put some in the feeder and watch the beautiful birds eat. Our dogs loved running around exploring. The room is surrounded by a deck with a front and rear gate so your dogs can sleep out there. There is a spa bath to relax in. Feels totally private. We and our dogs loved it. Only 9 minutes drive to Kenilworth if you need anything and the town has some great shops, coffee shops and markets on Saturday's. Very highly recommended a d we will go again

Down time under the canopy.
Cabin was accurately detailed on the website vs what is there to use. Bring your food and cook there or eat local. Lots of choices for you. The native "extra" wildlife certainly added to the stay. Possums and birds etc. My dog thought he was lord muck of the canopy. Owners were helpful at all times, they also accurately described how to find the studio. I onced lived local to the area, it was a joy to return to where fond memories were made. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfect romantic getaway for two
This is our third stay here at Bellbird Studio, and we are always blown away by the peace and tranquillity... it has everything that you need with al the comforts of home. John and Kym are the perfect hosts and are welcoming and cant do enough to ensure the peaceful and beautiful surroundings are 100% well kept and maintained ... they are respectful of your privacy and we will be back... this is where we go to get away from it all, just be us and celebrate our Aniversary each year... we pull up in the car and say we are home! Thanks again John and Kym see you next September

The photos on the internet were not an accurate representation of the property today. It is quite run down, the spa whines all night and cannot be turned off and the pathways for walking are overgrown. The property had been baited with 1080 poison even though it purports to be dog friendly. Due to lack of rainfall, the creeks and rivers are bone dry. The bed was lovely. There is no outdoor area for pets to go to the toilet. I think the spa is on a filter system so water not changed regularly. Could not work out how to operate the TV - even tried hot spotting to phone with no success. Flock of geese next door very noisy throughout night. 🙄

We are so disappointed that we were unable to meet your expectations. Although we have been praying for rain our prayers have not been answered so alas our property does not look as green and lush as the photos on the platform. We do not have 1080 baits on our property this is a council initiative in the Mary Valley to cull wild dogs that kill local wildstock. The TV worked before and after your stay. There are instructions on the wall on how to operate the TV. What a shame you did not take advantage of our proximity to assist you with this. There is 30 acres for your pets to toilet where they desire. The spa is managed as per the Qld Government Guidelines for public swimming facilities. Sorry about the geese but they do keep the snakes away. The Studio has been recently painted so as there are no specifics about what is "run down" I am unable to address this issue for you.

What a beautiful, relaxing little cabin. It was perfect for what we needed; R&R. Very close to sunny coast villages. The bed was comfy, spa was warm, the fire made it very cosy, it was very private and quiet. We loved everything about it.

We had such an amazing time at Bellbird. It rained the whole time which made the stay even cosier and we didn’t leave the cabin the whole time! It has absolutely everything you could want or need and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Thank you John and Kym, we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Absolutely Stunning
From the moment my partner and I arrived at Bellbird, we knew we were in for a real treat. Within minutes of arriving, John showed up on his quad bike to greet us. Once settled in we cranked up the fireplace and made out way to the heated spa. The king bed was very comfortable and the rustic cabin had everything you'd need for a couple of days in the bush. The outdoor shower was a real winner too. I highly recommend Bellbird Studio! John is an absolute legend!

Beautiful cabin in the woods. My partner and I visited for our 10th anniversary and it was delightful. Our whole visit was very special, with beautiful fire and spa. Nice hikes and being surrounded by nature were perfect. Some awesome old DVD's which actually was one of our highlights and some rather chatty Geese! Thanks for a magical time.
