"The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. The door looks like it had been cut up and welded back. All the grills outside the windows...

La salle de bain était vétuste avec un lavabo sur le point de s’écrouler et de la rouille partout et sans verrou à la porte ce qui est problématique dans une salle de bain et Wc.
