"The front desk staff was unprofessional when we arrived .. we had booked through expedia and when we arrived they said that expedia's credit card they pay with was denied.. so the front desk girl called expedia .. while she was talking she was rolling her eyes and just very unprofessional.. I have stayed here previously and I have had great service.. Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms .. "

"The room was clean and ready ahead of schedule which was convent for us as we traveled 5 hours to get there. We had a king suite Room #5 on the front of the building. Very close to the road and you could definitely hear the traffic. Not the Inns fault. The included breakfast was very good."

"Though the hotel was a bit further from down town than some other "airport hotels" we've stayed in, we loved the hotel. It has a very strong Scandinavian vibe, and is solid, clean, and comfortable. We especially liked the downstairs areas that were great for waiting for the rest of our party and/or chatting during b'fast or just visiting in a common space. The large dispensers of hand soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. were excellent, easy to use, and the product smelled delicious. "
