This spacious two bedroom two bath Condominium boasts hardwood floors throughout with cathedral ceilings and large beautiful windows offering great views of downtown Kennebunkport from every room. The unit is brand new and elegantly decorated with upscale appointments and amenities all just steps away from downtown Kennebunkport and just a half mile from Kennebunk’s largest Beach.

Combining a sense of style and space this home away from home has everything you will need for a memorable vacation in the heart of all that Kennebunkport has to offer.

This beautiful two bedroom unit sleeps up to seven adults featuring a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom suite with queen size bed and pull out sofa as well as a separate living room with a queen size sleep sofa allowing for up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.

The second bedroom has its own separate bath with tub and shower as well as a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and sink. The wet bar and bath area has custom cabinets and Granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a a large closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.

This Condominium has a fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops and a granite island. The living room features cathedral ceilings and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV.

The unit has a large master bath with two custom vanities featuring granite countertops and two sinks. The Bathroom features a luxurious shower, a Jacuzzi tub and a washer and dryer. The unit is furnished with our luxury collection bedding and linens featuring Egyptian cotton and feather pillows. The unit has a modern central heat and air conditioning system and ceiling fans in all rooms.

This property is located in the epicenter of lower village and downtown Kennebunkport, within walking distance of area shops and restaurants and a short walk to Kennebunk Beach. The Trolley stops across the street providing accessibility to area attractions, and beaches from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit.

Perfect location

This location can't be beat - right in the heart of Dock Square but with all the privacy you need. The place was clean, up-to-date, comfy - has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Designated parking and location toward the road made it really easy to get in and out. Will definitely stay again.

I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The owners are so accommodating and kind, it is overall the only place we will stay in Kennebunkport ever. Its right downtown and super easy to access the beach. WE LOVE IT!!!

Late September in Charming Kennebunk

Enjoyed 4 beautiful days in the heart of Kennebunk. Condo location is perfect.... short, easy walk to all the shops & eateries. This condo is VERY CLEAN & NICE! The Owner was available for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if we are traveling in the area.

The property is as advertised. Very clean. Great set up for 2 couples. Location is ideal for walking around Kennebunkport & Kennebunk: within steps of restaurants and bars. Dedicated parking is convenient.

Perfect location and arrangement for two couples

We would definitely stay here again. The location in Kennebunkport cannot be beat and the way the unit was arranged was perfect for two couples. There was plenty of room for us to gather as a group but at the end of a long day it was easy to retreat to our own areas. It is in the heart of this quaint village so all restaurants and shops are right there. The unit was clean and wonderfully appointed. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Up to Date and Great Location

My family and I spent a 4 day weekend in Kennebunkport. The condo was very clean, up to date, and easily accommodated the 6 of us for the long weekend. The beds were all very comfortable, including the mattresses of the two pull out couches. The condo is in a great location as it's walking distance to everything in downtown Kennebunkport and right across the street from the Batson River Brewery. There is no stove or oven, but with all the restaurants in the area we we had no interest in cooking anyway. It does have a full size and mini-fridge along with a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. I would suggest a sound maker when sleeping as it can sometimes get a little noisy being next to the main road, but was a minor issue for us. Brian and Caroline were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again for another long weekend.

Great condo! Able to walk all around Kennebunkport and go to the shops and restaurants . Parking is just behind the condo., too. There are some stairs to climb with your suitcase so just FYI. Very nice people and place!

Amazing property and fantastic hosts!!

We absolutely love staying at this unit! The place is spacious and clean and the location is unREAL! It is the best of both worlds!! The shopping and restaurants are literally under your feet, and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. All of the amenities are fantastic, and if you end up getting a yucky day, your all shopped out and just want to veg and rest inside, the condo is so restful and relaxing for that kind of day. The beds are so comfy, like a 5 star hotel. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Kport!!!

Perfect location for Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. The parking is a huge benefit. The larger bedroom's toilet was a bit tricky to maneuver. Not that you want to watch TV when there, but there is no access to national stations. It would have been extra nice if amenities like lotion, shampoo, Kleenex, makeup mirror were included. But you can't beat the location. Stairs may be a challenge for some.
