Walk to Downtown! 1 Mile to beach!

  • Welcome to this perfectly located beach cottage! Located just a quick 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. 1 Mile to Mother's and Gooch's beach. Outside you will find a large sprawling lawn for playing, patio with wood burning fire pit, deck with BBQ gas grill and dining, and an Outdoor shower!



    The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, sunroom area, living room, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms! Walk upstairs to find 2 bedrooms and a half bathroom!



    Bedroom #1 (1st floor): Queen bed

    Bedroom #2 (1st floor): 2 twin beds

    Bedroom #3 (2nd floor): Queen bed and Twin bed

    Bedroom #4 (2nd floor): 2 twin beds

Wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and as advertised. Great location, with an easy walk to town. Nice and quiet. Our local property manager Paige was wonderful!

Nice property . It was my fault but there was only one inside shower for 7 people . The house was on a great area . Easily walkable to downtown. Had issue with microwave and slow drain in shower . They were responsive to issues . Would rent again

This home has it all!!

What a wonderful stay at this home!! We had 7 people and everyone was comfortable. Short walk to great stores, restaurants and beautiful water views. Highly recommend staying at this great home in Kennebunk!
