Waterfront Designer Home with Private Dock on Paddy Cove in Cape Porpoise

Unique Opportunity for a dream vacation in Kennebunkport's exclusive village of Cape Porpoise. Our 2 bedroom home is steps from the water on Paddy Cove. It is extremely private and quiet but also walkable to the local market, restaurants, galleries, and fishing pier. Downtown Kennebunkport/Dock Square is a short 10-minute drive. Multiple local beaches are also close by—only 12 minutes to Goose Rocks Beach and 10 minutes to Kennebunkport Beach.

The private dock makes boating access easy. When not on the water, enjoy coffee on the porch or sunset water views from the Adirondack chairs. Manicured gardens complete this perfect setting.

With a king bed and a queen bed, guests will have a terrific night's sleep. The property also features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, a modern kitchen, and washer-dryer.

The private dock makes boating access easy.

This is our personal vacation home and we open it up on a limited basis for rentals.

Charming Cape Porpoise waterfront stay

Beautiful property. Lovely inside and out. Landscaping and views of the water from the very comfortable front porch made for a very relaxing vacation which exceeded our expectations! We love Cape Porpoise and appreciated the easy communication with Alan our host.
