Pet-friendly cottage a short walk to Dock Square and the beach

  • The Sandpiper Cottage (renovated 2023) is a detached, private cottage with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, articulating TV, Wi-Fi, private patio, and reserved parking adjacent to the cottage. It is perfect for an extended stay and is pet-friendly, allowing one dog or cat (50 pound weight limit) at no fee. With a new mini-split, you can be comfortable in the hottest or coldest of Maine weather. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, range, microwave, toaster, Keurig machine, kitchenware, and utensils. Due to space limitations in the inn's dining room, breakfast is not included when booking the Sandpiper Cottage. However, you will be provided with some bananas, yogurts, K-cups and bottled waters to get your vacation started. The Sandpiper Cottage is available for 2-night stays or longer. Standard check-in (3-6pm) and check-out (11am) times apply. Please check in and out at the main house or coordinate with the innkeeper.
